Novation FLpad is a grid controller built only for FL Studio. Is that good lock-in?
Novation's FLpad and FLpad Mini put 64 RGB pads on FL Studio's Channel Rack, with step sequencing and six months of FL Studio Producer bundled. The deep integration is the selling point and the catch, and the free software works more like a trial with a deadline than a gift.
