By using wearethemusicmakers.co (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. "We", "us" and "WATMM" mean We are the music makers; "you" means anyone using the Site.

Use of the Site

You may read the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape or crawl the Site at a rate that affects other readers, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content and intellectual property

The articles, directory text, design and other material we create are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Reproducing whole articles, or using our content to build a competing directory or dataset, needs our written permission. Product names, logos and quoted material belong to their owners and are credited to their sources.

Submissions and tool listings

If you submit a tool, a correction, a comment or other material to us:

• you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to submit it;
• you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and display it on the Site and in our newsletter;
• we may edit, decline, reorder or remove any listing or submission at any time, without notice, including a paid one (paid listings are then refunded for the unused period);
• a submission, free or paid, does not guarantee a listing, a particular placement or coverage.

Listings and rankings

Tools are listed and ranked using the criteria in how we test and rank. Rankings are our editorial opinion. They are not for sale and are not affected by payment. Paid listings are labelled.

Third-party links and tools

The Site links to websites, products and services we do not own or control. A link or listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing, security or practices. You use third-party tools at your own risk and should read their terms.

Affiliate and sponsored links

Some links are affiliate or sponsored links, and we may earn money if you use them. They are marked as described on our disclosures page.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We publish news, opinion and information about tools. It is not legal, financial or professional advice. We work to be accurate and correct our mistakes, but we do not warrant that the Site is complete, current or error-free. Prices, features and availability change; check the maker's own page before you buy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any third-party site or tool linked from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to INR 1,000 (or the equivalent in your currency). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or from material you submit to us.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, email hi@wearethemusicmakers.co with the subject "Copyright notice". Please include: the work you say is infringed; the URL of the material; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review it and remove material where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law
