By 31 Mar 2027, Spotify will have made Artist Profile Protection available to all artists, but will not have published a false-positive rate for its AI or spam recommendation filtering, nor an appeal route for artists whose tracks are filtered.
Counts as right if: Right if, on 31 Mar 2027, Spotify's newsroom or artist support pages show Artist Profile Protection available to all artists AND neither source publishes a false-positive or error rate for AI/spam recommendation filtering AND neither describes an appeal route for filtered tracks. Partly if the tool is available to all artists but Spotify has published an error rate or an appeal route. Wrong if the tool is not available to all artists by that date.
How we score: see methodology. Rules: criteria are fixed on the day of the column, a prediction is never edited after, and a miss is scored as publicly as a hit.
