Stability AI lists three Stable Audio 3.0 variants: Large, Medium, and Small & Small SFX. It says the models can create full tracks up to six minutes long and are trained on fully licensed data, and that legal indemnification is provided under its Enterprise license. Weights for 3.0 Small and 3.0 Medium can be downloaded; Large is not listed as open-weights. A web app is linked for generating music. The model page gives no prices.
