Splice sells sample subscriptions paid in credits: a sample costs one credit and MIDI patterns and presets up to three, and unused credits roll over. Plans include Sounds (about 100 downloads a month, $12.99 a month billed yearly) and Creator ($19.99 a month, about 200 downloads). Splice says its sounds are cleared for commercial use, that you own what you make, and that you keep downloads if you cancel. All plans include desktop and mobile apps and DAW plugins, and Bridge auditions sounds in a project without using credits.
